综述了AB可编程序控制器在离子膜制碱工艺联锁控制中的应用 ,实现了工艺联锁的最优控制 ,该系统在大庆油田氯碱厂投运两年多 ,运行良好 ,响应时间快 ,动作准确 ,免于维护 。
Summarized the application of PLC to ion exchange membrane alkali manufacturing technlogy interlock control and realizing optimum control of technology interlock.This system running many 2 years in Daqing oil field chlorine alkali factory.The result shows that it is quick to respond time,the action is accurate and exempting repair,and having gained the better economic benefits.
