摘要
番禺34-1油田导管架是国内第二大深水导管架,其结构体积大、内部结构复杂、施工时间长,通过设立基线、利用经纬仪进行施工控制容易造成误差的积累,导管架建造精度达不到要求。通过调研与设计,建立了该油田导管架测量控制网布设方案,开展了测量控制网应用中的一系列关键技术研究,较好地解决了该油田大型导管架建造测量难题,控制了导管架整体建造精度,值得在后续大型导管架建造项目中推广应用。
PY34-1 oilfield jacket is the second largest deep water jacket in China,with huge structure body,complex internal structure and long construction time.By setting up baseline,to use the theodolite for construction control is easy to cause the accumulation of errors,so the jacket construction accuracy cannot meet the requirements.Through the investigation and design,we established the jacket measuring control network layout plan,carried out the researches on a series of key techniques in application of measuring control network,solved the difficulties in the large jacket construction measurement and controlled the jacket overall construction accuracy better.This method is worth being popularized and applied in future large jacket construction project.
