摘要
在营运1年后的年度水下检查中,发现番禺30-1气田平台导管架阴极保护系统存在保护不足的问题。为此,开展了该气田平台导管架阴极保护系统修复方案研究,最终采用了Retrobuoy远程阴极保护系统的修复方案,并进行了方案设计,主要包括水下阳极橇块设计、预保护面积计算、保护电流计算、水下阳极与导管架距离计算、水下阳极之间距离计算、水下电缆的规格及长度设计、电缆弃头设计等。通过一系列优化措施与风险应对策略的实施,实现了该气田平台导管架阴极保护系统的成功安装,取得了很好的保护效果,可为其他类似导管架提供经验。
After one year of operation,the insufficient protection issue was found in PY30-1 jacket cathodic protection system in the annual underwater inspection.So the repair program was researched for the platform jacket cathodic protection system,and finally the Retrobuoy remote cathodic protection system was adopted for the program.The program includes underwater skid cathode block design,pre protection area calculation,protection current calculation,underwater anode-jacket distance calculation,anode anode distance calculation,underwater cable size and length design and the cable abandon head design.The cathodic protection system was installed successfully in the gas platform jacket through a series of optimization and strategies for the risk,with good protective effect achieved.It can provide experience for other similar jacket.
