利用可编程控制器、单片机组成的控制系统对数控注塑成型机改造 ,人工键盘输入设定加工工艺流程、速度、时间周期等参数 ,具有完善的状态指示、故障声光报警功能 ,外围电路简单 。
Use the control system makes up of PLC and single chip computer to rebuild numerical control injection moulding machine.The processing process flow,speed,time period etc can be set by manual keyboard.It has perfect state indication and fault sound-light alarm functions.Its peripheral circuit is simple and control system is reliable.
