摘要
国际职业足球劳动合同争议不断发生,解决此类纠纷的机制,大致可分为行业内部自治、国际体育仲裁、以及瑞士法院司法管辖这三类机制。我们应该牢牢把握合同这条主线,围绕着国际职业足球劳动合同签订的整个过程,预先准备专业的谈判团队、引入候选人竞争机制、进行风险防控,通过这些手段建立起完备的应对机制。
Disputes about the international professional football labor continue to occur .There are three ways to handle the problems ,profession autonomy ,international sports arbitration ,and access to the Swiss Court .So ,we should clarify the dispute settlement mechanism .Then grasp the main line-the contract ,to prepare a professional negotiation team ,build the the competition mechanisms during the candidates ,implement defense and control mechanisms .So ,we can build an effective system to deal with the disputes .
