摘要
目的:探讨肺部穿刺针吸细胞学检查的诊断和应用。方法:对有组织学对比的1 343例经皮肺穿刺针吸组织进行细胞学涂片与组织学切片比较分析。结果:涂片阳性率57%,涂片对肺部恶性肿瘤分型符合率66%。结论:细胞学的诊断阳性率较高,但分型率较低,与组织学结合,能提高肺癌的术前诊断准确性。
Objective： Explore and discuss the diagnosis and application of lung cytology of needle aspiration. Methods ： Comparatively analyze the cytology smear and histological slices of 1 343 percutaneous pneumocentesis needle aspiration tissues with histological comparison. Results：The positive rate of smear was 57%. The typing coincidence rate of smear to the malignant tumor was 66%. Conclusion ：The diagnosis positive rate of cytology is higher,but lower in typing rate. The pre-operative diagnosis rate of lung cancer will be improved by combining with histology.
