摘要
本文就超高压小流量泵设计参数的确定，活塞环、单向阀等主要零部件的结构设计和材料选用等作了介绍。该泵已用于高压管件爆破试验、高压密封元件水压试验、高压阀门耐压强度试验等，使用效果良好。
In this paper, the method to determinate the design parameters for the extra high pressure and low flow pump was introduced.The structural design of the main components, such as the piston ring and the non－ return valve, and the selection of the material were also stated.This kind of the pump has been used in the burst test for the piping in high pressure,the hydrostatic test for the high pressure sealing components and the pressurized strength test for the valves with high pressure.The resultwassatisfactory.
