摘要
按生产要素分配的理论依据是生产要素价值论，即承认各种生产要素对增进社会财富或其价值都做出了贡献，因而也就认可它们有权按照各自贡献的大小取得相应的分配份额；生产要素会随着社会的发展而发展，在现阶段科学技术是第一生产力，经营管理工作也是非常重要的要素，当然，一般的劳动、土地和资本这些传统的基础的要素则仍然是生产力发展的重要的不可缺少的部分。这种理论是对社会财富或其价值增进的主要动力和基本条件的认识的科学成果，最初是由西方资产阶级经济学提出来的，现在已经成为人类的共同思想财富。试图从马克思劳动价值论得出按生产要素分配的依据是行不通的，也有悖马克思的初衷。
The theoretical basis of distribution according to productive factors is the productive factor theory of value, the substance of the theory is admitting that social wealth is created by all productive factors, which have the right to take corresponding share according to their respective contributions. The productive factors are dynamic, science and technology is the first productive power in modren times management is very important, and labour, land and capital, however, are also important factors. This theory has become the common treasure of human beings, although it was created by bourgeois economists originally. It is no use trying to find the basis of distribution according to productive factors in Marx's theory of value, and it is opposite to the original idea of Marx's theory.
