摘要
以环境保护部2012年第23周至2013年第42周发布的长江流域21个重点断面自动监测周报为数据来源,根据高锰酸盐指数(COD Mn)、氨氮(NH3-N)、溶解氧浓度(DO)和pH值4项主要水质指标的功能和性质不同,首先对相应数据进行合理的标准化处理,然后分别利用层次分析法和动态加权法,对长江流域近2年的水质进行综合评价并排名。利用两种方法得到了较为一致的结果:在21个观测点中,水质优劣总排序后4名的地区相同,水质前6名的地区中有5个地区相同。
In this paper,weekly reports on automatic monitoring of water quality at 21 key cross sections of Yangtze River Basin issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People's Republic of China over the period from the 23rt week in 2012 to the 42nd week in 2013 are taken as information source.According to the different functions and natures of such four water quality indicators as permanganate index (CODMn),ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N),dissolved oxygen concentration (DO) and pH value,normalization of the collected data are conducted first,then the water quality of Yangtze River basin in the last two years is comprehensively evaluated and ranked by use of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and dynamic weighting method respectively.Results from these two different methods are consistent:among those 21 monitoring sites,with regard to the water quality ranking order,the results of the last 4 sites are the same and five of the results of the first six sites are found identical.
