摘要
工业化偏斜发展战略是中国农业现代化滞后的原因 ,并且这种战略在将来一段时期内将持续下去 ;就中国目前的经济发展水平和国际经济一体化的大背景而言 ,农业保护不是中国农业现代化的最佳选择 ,而农业国际化将为中国农村劳动力转移、增加农业资金投入及农业科技进步带来新机遇 。
Due to the strategy of giving priority to industrial development,China has lagged in its agricultural modernization.In consideration of the present economic development of China and the trend toward economic globalization,the better choice for Chinese agricultural modernization lies in its internationalization rather than its protection,for internationalization will offer opportunities for the shift of rural labour force to other economic sectors,for the increase of investment in agriculture and for the advancement of agricultural science and technology.
