溅射铝涂层在800℃的热腐蚀

摘要 对耐热钢(2.25Cr-Mo钢)基材溅射铝涂层,溅射时间为1 h、2 h.其中一部分进行预氧化处理,对比研究溅射铝涂层的耐热钢在800℃涂敷Na2SO4盐膜时的热腐蚀性能.结果表明:溅射时间为2 h的涂层试样的抗腐蚀能力优于溅射时间为1 h的涂层试样.预氧化在一定程度上也加强了合金的抗腐蚀能力.涂层试样在800℃空气中腐蚀24 h后的腐蚀产物为Al2O3、Fe2O3及少量的Cr2S3. The heat-resistant steels(2.25Cr-Mo steel) were sputtered aluminum coating on them and the sputtering time respectively were 1 h and 2 h.A part of them were treated with pre-oxidation.Hot corrosion of heat-resistant steel of sputtered aluminum coating with Na2SO4 salt film coating at 800 ℃ was comparatively studied.The results indicated that the corrosion resistance of the coating specimens that sputtering time was 2 h was better than that of 1 h.And the corrosion resistance of alloy was raised by preoxidation.The corrosion products of coating specimens were composed by Al2O3,Fe2O3 and a small amount of Cr2S3 after 24 h corrosion at air with 800 ℃.
