介孔分子筛MCM-41协效改性聚磷酸铵阻燃性研究

摘要 以分子筛MCM-41作为协效剂,采用聚磷酸铵(APP)、季戊四醇(PER)和三聚氰胺(MEL)复配阻燃剂,用于聚丙烯(PP)的阻燃.研究添加分子筛MCM-41对PP阻燃性能、力学性能和热性能的影响.结果表明:添加少量分子筛MCM-41即可显著提高PP的阻燃性能;当分子筛的添加量为1%(质量分数)时,阻燃PP的氧指数为32.7,比纯PP提高了92.35%.TG、DMA和SEM观察结果表明:添加少量分子筛MCM-41可以催化APP/PER/MEL间的酯化反应,促进体系成炭,形成更紧密的炭层,从而提高材料的阻燃性能. In this paper,ammonium polyphosphate(APP)-pentaerythritol(PER)-melamine(MEL) as flame retardants and MCM-41 as synergist agent were being used in intumescent flame retardant(IFR)polypropylene(PP).The effect of MCM-41 content on flame retardants,mechanical property and thermal properties between IFR and PP were studied.It was found that a little quantity of MCM-41 could improve the flame retardance of PP.With the addition of 1 % MCM-41,the highest LOI value was 32.7,and increased 92.35 % by comparison with pure PP.TGA,DMA and SEM showed that MCM-41 could catalyze esterification reaction between IFR,and increase the char residue and form much denser char to improve the retardant performance of the materials.
