摘要
常温条件下合成配合物[Zn(Bpp)Cl2]n(其中Bpp为1,3-双(4-吡啶)丙烷),并运用Bruker smart 1000 CCD-X射线单晶衍射仪对其结构进行表征.通过紫外光谱法、荧光光谱法及凝胶电泳法对其与DNA的作用进行研究,结果表明:此配合物能以嵌插方式与DNA作用,同时具备切割DNA能力.
The novel complex[Zn(Bpp)Cl2]n(Bpp =1,3-di(4-pyridyl) propane) was synthesized at room temperature,and characterized by Bruker smart 1 000 CCD-X-ray single crystal diffraction.The interaction with DNA was investigated by UV and fluorescence spectrum,and gel electrophoresis assay.The results showed that complex interacted with DNA and had DNA cleavage ability.
