摘要
21世纪 ,中国要全面实现现代化 ,把中国建成政治自主、经济强大、文化自立、富强、民主、文明的社会主义现代化强国 ,全面赶上并进入发达国家的行列。而抓住机遇 ,迎接挑战 ,将是决定中国经济发展的首要因素。为此 ,我们必须制定一套正确的政策和战略措施。本文在这方面提出了一些建议和设想 。
