在尾矿中综合回收硫精矿的研究和生产实践 被引量:3

摘要 陕西铅硐山矿业有限公司选矿厂矿石处理量1 120 t/d,铅锌分选后,尾砂量约为1 050 t/d,含硫品位约为1.86%。采用浮选法选硫,经一次粗选、一次扫选、三次精选,获得硫精矿品位44.36%、回收率79.93%,铅+锌含量为1.38%,达到国家一级品质量标准,实现收入约336万元/a,经济效益136.41万元/a,实现了有价元素的综合回收。 Production capacity of Shanxi Qiandongshan mining co. , ltd. Concentrator is 1 120 t/d. The amount of tailings after selection lead and zinc is 1 050 t/d, and sulfur grade of tailings is 1.86%. Flotation is applied in flowsheet for selection sulfur, which include one rough flotation and one scavenging and three concentration. The sulfur-concentrate grade is 44.36% and recovery percent is 79.93% , and there is 1.38% lead and zinc in sulfur-concentrate. The sulfur-concentrate reaches the quality standard of national first grade product. The improvement in flowsheet increases income about 3 360 000 yuan/a,which improves economic effect about 1 364 100 yuan/a, and achieves the compre- hensive recovery of valuable elements.
