摘要
为了解决贾卡双针床经编机技术复杂及成本较高的问题,研究开发利用花梳栉并采用电子横移技术的新型双针床经编机。介绍了在配备12梳的该经编机上编织六角网眼无缝连裤袜的工艺实例,包括无缝经编连裤袜的组织结构、设备参数、上机工艺等。指出,该技术不仅有花型与工艺变化快的优点,而且设备投资较低,特别适合于大批量生产同种型号经编无缝服装的企业。
In order to solve the technological complexity of the double-needle-bar warp knitting machine and the high cost problems, this paper studies and develops a new double-needle-bar warp knitting machine which usethe technology of electronic guide bar, and the pattern bar. It introduces the knitting process of seamless traverse net pantyhose knitting technologies on the machine with twelve guide bars in terms of the structure of seamless garment, equipment parameters and knitting process. It points out that this technology has advantages of lower investment and faster pattern change, which is especially suitable for enterprises in mass production of seamless warpknitted garments of the same type.
