摘要
对丙烯中氢气含量分析的在线气相色谱仪进行了技术改造 ,只使用一个十通阀就完成了原色谱仪生产厂家使用两个十通阀所进行的分析和反吹的分析过程 。
Technological revision has been made to the online gas chromatograph analyzer that was used to analyze the hydrogen content of propylene.Only one ten-way valve was used to accomplish the analysis and inverse blow process that were carried out by the manufacturer with two ten-way valves.At the same time,double flow-way toggle was realized on the two analyzers.Not only large amount of foreign exchanges was saved,but also the two analyzers became ready standby for each other.And this supplies a powerful assurance for the safe and steady operation of the units.
