摘要
目的:观察益气滋阴法治疗老年性功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法:将120例老年性功能性便秘患者随机分为两组,各60例,对照组给予莫沙必利分散片口服,治疗组采用中医益气滋阴法治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组显效率和总有效率分别为81.66%和100.00%,无无效病例。对照组显效率和总有效率分别为26.66%和48.33%,无效率51.66%。两组比较,差异有显著性意义。结论:益气滋阴法治疗老年性功能性便秘疗效好。
Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the Yiqi Ziyin therapy for functional constipation. Methods： 120 cases of senile functional constipation were randomly divided into two groups, each 60 patients; the control group was given oral tablet mosapride; the treatment group recieved Yiqi Ziyin therapy. Results： The significant efficiency and total efficiency were 81.66% and 100.00%, no valid cases; in the control group those were 26.66% and 48.33% respectively, 51.66% for inefficiency. The difference was significant. Conclusion： Yiqi Ziyin therapy for senile functional constipation was significant.
