摘要
目的:观察乌贝陷胸汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:80例胆汁反流性胃炎患者随机分成两组,治疗组(41例)口服乌贝陷胸汤进行治疗,对照组(39例)口服吗丁啉、奥美拉唑治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率92.68%,对照组总有效率69.23%。两组总有效率比较,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:乌贝陷胸汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎,具有较好的临床疗效。
Objective： Clinical efficacy of Wubei Xianxiong decoction for reflux was investigated. Methods： 80 cases of bile reflux gastritis were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group （41 cases） took oral Wubei Xianxiong decoction for treatment and control group （39 cases） took oral domperidone, omeprazole treatment. Results： The total efficiency of 92.68% in the treatment was better than the total efficiency of 69.23% in the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Wubei Xianxiong decoction for bile reflux gastritis can achieve better clinical efficacy.
