摘要
目的:探讨老年舒张性心衰患者采用辛伐他汀联用硝苯地平治疗的临床效果及应用。方法:随机在我院选择82例已明确诊断为舒张性心衰的老年患者,两组式随机分组,41例对照组患者采取的方法为常规药物联合硝苯地平治疗;41例研究组采取对照组联合辛伐他汀的方法,对照两组患者的心功能改善情况以及彩色多普勒超声测出的心室舒张早期(E)、晚期(A)最大血流速度并确定E/A值。结果:不同方法的疗效不同,研究组患者的有效率较对照组有效率高,且差异显著,具有明确意义,P<0.05;具有明确的心功能改善效果,心脏的射血分数可明显改善,研究组患者的E、E/A均有明显升高,A下降,与对照组相比更有优势。结论:辛伐他汀联用硝苯地平治疗老年人的舒张性心衰具有显著效果,可明显改善心功能,可在临床上推广。
Objective： To discuss clinical effects and application of simvastatin and nifedipine on treating diastolic heart failure in the old people. Methods： 82 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 41 cases for each. The control group was given conventional medicines plus nifedipine, the treatment was given simvastatin more. Improvement of cardiac function and maximum flow velocity in two groups were compared. Results： The total efficacy in the treatment was higher with significant difference, P〈0.05; E, E/A in the treatment was higher while A goes in counter way. Conclusion： Simvastatin and nifedipine has good effects on treating diastolic heart failure in the old people and can improve cardiac function, was worthy of further application.
