摘要
文章简要概括了当前青少年犯罪的现状及特点,并在此基础上从主客观两个层面论述了青少年犯罪的原因。从学校社会工作的视角介入,建构预防青少年犯罪的保障体系,即将影响青少年犯罪的学校、家庭、社会等各方面因素统合起来考量,将三方面资源整合起来,以预防为主,形成教育合力,认真对待青少年犯罪问题,以期减少违法犯罪青少年的数量,最终促进社会的和谐稳定发展。
The author of this paper summarizes the status quo of juvenile delinquency and its features and, on the basis of these, discusses the causes of juvenile delinquency from subjective and objective perspective. From the perspective of society and school, preventive system of juvenile delinquency is established, viz., the three factors （school, family and society）influencing juvenile delinquency are taken account of in establishing preventive system for juvenile delinquency with a view to reducing the number of juvenile delinquency and facilitate the harmonious development of our society.
