阐述了系统仿真技术在军队建设和作战中的应用，从军事学科的结构与仿真的关系、作战仿真的困难以及开展作战仿真应当注意的问题三个方面做了论述，说明军事学科对仿真有广泛的需求，推动仿真技术的发展。
The paper introduces system simulation's application in the army development and battle. It discusses the relationship between the structure and the simulation of military subject, the use of battle simulation, the questions of developing battle simulation. It explains that military subject has broad request to simulation, drives simulation's development.
