摘要
随着高校研究生数量的增加,研究生的培养质量已成为社会关注的问题。文章探讨了从加强研究生入学教育、论文的选题、开题、中期审查到答辩各个培养环节的管理,在高校内部建立一套完善可行的过程管理质量控制体系,转变管理模式,变目标管理为过程管理,保障并提高研究生的培养质量。
With the increase of the number of postgraduates, postgraduate educational quality has become a social problem, in tins paper, the author pointed out that through the strengthening of the educational coorse management, including entrance education, thesis topic selection, intermediate inspection and defense review, universities can improve the postgraduate educational quality. Meanwhile, it is necessary for universities to establish a set of feasible quality control system and to carry out a new management model by transferring target management into process management.
