摘要
目的:正确掌握睾丸扭转的临床特点,降低误诊率。方法:回顾性分析我院2007年1月至2013年7月收治的61例睾丸扭转患者的临床资料。结果:61例患者中,扭转超过24h者39例睾丸坏死予以切除。结论:加强医疗常识宣教,正确认识睾丸扭转,发病时到正规医院的专科医生就诊可减少误诊。
Objectives：To get the clinical features of testicular torsion,and reduce misdiagnosis rate.Methods：The clinical date of 61 patients with testicular torsion who had received treatment in our hospital between January 2007 and July 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.Results：The testis of 39 patients who had suffered from testicular torsion for more than 24 hours were necrotic and removed.Conclusions：Strengthening the propaganda and education of common medical knowledge,and timely receiving diagnosis and treatment from specialists in hospitals will decrease the misdiagnosis rate.
