犬胸主动脉瘤破裂病例报告

摘要 由于先天性或后天性疾患,造成主动脉壁正常结构的损害.尤其是承受压力和维持大动脉功能的弹力纤维变脆和破坏,主动脉在血流压力的作用下逐渐膨大扩张,形成主动脉瘤.主动脉瘤不是真正的肿瘤,而是由于各种原因造成的主动脉一处或多处向外突出,出现的像“瘤子一样”的改变则称为主动脉瘤.犬的主动脉瘤很少见.笔者于2013年3月在临床遇到犬胸主动脉瘤破裂1例,报告如下.
