镉对鸡主动脉超微结构损伤与细胞凋亡的试验

摘要 本试验将150只50日龄健康雌性海蓝鸡随机分为3组,分别为对照组、低镉组和高镉组。在染镉60 d后,取主动脉,应用电镜和TUNEL,观察鸡主动脉超微结构、细胞凋亡的变化,以揭示镉对血管的毒性作用。结果显示与对照相比,低镉组、高镉组均发生不同程度病理损伤。高镉组与对照组内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞、染色质浓缩边集、膜芽状突起、胞浆浓缩、核碎裂、凋亡小体形成等变化,细胞凋亡增加差异极显著(P<0.01)。表明镉对鸡主动脉造成病理损伤,超微结构发生改变,细胞发生凋亡,病变程度具有剂量效应。 The apoptosis and uhramicrostructure of the aorta tissues of chickens were observed by electron microscope and TUNEL. The reasuhs showed that the toxic effect on the blood vessel was apparent.There was apoptosis of blood vessel cells under the microscope, The blood vessel of both the low Cd dose group, and they high Cd dose group had pathological changes to different degrees. The apoptotic cells showed chromatin condensation at in the edge of nucleus, bud -like processes in membranes, then fragmentation of nucleus and formation of apoptotic body. The pathological degree correlates positively with the exposure doses.
