摘要
股骨转子下骨折是创伤骨科的常见类型,多发生与强大暴力或骨质疏松症患者,由于部位特殊,因此有其独特的生物力学和解剖结构。目前临床上多采用Seinsheimer分型和Russell-Taylor分型对骨折发生机制和形态进行评估,以指导手术治疗。目前常见的手术方式主要有:髓内固定、髓外固定和人工股骨头置换术。本文综述了股骨转子下骨折的手术治疗现状和进展。
Subtrochanteric fracture is a common trauma department of orthopedics types.It happens in multiple occurrence and strong violence or osteoporosis patients.This fracture has special position, unique biomechanics and anatomy. At present the clinical use of Seinsheimer and Russell-Taylor typing on fracture mechanism and morphology can evaluate this kind of fracture to guide the operation treatment.The operation mode are intramedullary, extramedullary eccentric fixation and artificial femoral head replacement.This paper reviews the present status and progress of operation for the treatment of femoral subtrochanteric fracture.
