摘要
目的探讨医疗失效模式与效应分析在急诊科院前急救风险管理中的应用,以降低院前急救意外发生率。方法确定主题为"院前急救风险管理",通过组建项目团队、分析风险因素、确立高危因素、制订控制方案,以降低失效模式所产生的危害。结果院前急救患者意外发生率及投诉率降低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论应用医疗失效模式与效应分析,可有效减少院前急救意外发生率,对降低院前急救的风险、确保患者安全有重要作用。
Objective To explore the application of health care failure mode and effect analysis （HCFMEA） in the risk management of pre - hospital care, so as to reduce the incidence of pre - hospital emergency accidents. Methods Measures including determining theme of pre - hospital emergency risk management, establishing project team, analyzing risk factors, identifying high risk factors and improvement measure were made to reduce the harm of health care failure mode . Result The incidence of pre - hospital emergency accident and complaint rate of patient were decreased （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Application of HCFMEA can effectively reduce the incidence of pre -hospital emergency accidents, which plays an important role in reducing the risk of pre -hospital care and ensuring patient safety.
