摘要
目的探讨气囊尿管的3种固定方法对前列腺电切术后止血效果。方法选取经尿道前列腺电切手术患者225例,分为3组,每组75例,第1组将尿管在大腿内侧牵拉固定,第2组将尿管用绳子牵拉至床尾固定,第3组将尿管牵拉至耻骨上固定。并观察尿红细胞计数、牵拉时间、尿管堵塞和膀胱痉挛发生率及患者舒适度。结果第3组固定方法尿红细胞计数、牵拉时间、尿管堵塞和膀胱痉挛发生率均低于其他两组,患者舒适度优于其他两组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论 3种固定方法均具有止血效果,但以耻骨上尿管牵拉固定法为最佳。
Objective To explore the hemostatic effect of using three urinary balloon catheter fixation methods for patients after transurethral resection of prostate （TURP）. Methods Totally ,225 patients treated with TURP were divided into three groups. Urinary catheters of patients in Group 1 to Group 3 were fixed in the inner thighs, to the end of the bed using a string, on the pubic respectively. Urinary red blood cell, the time of stretch the incidence of catheter blockage and cystospasm, comfort level of patients were observed. Results Urinary red blood cell, the time of stretch and the incidence of catheter blockage and cystospasm in Group 3 were lower than the other two groups, which the patient comfort was higher than the other two groups （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Three fixation methods have hemostatic effect, while the hemostatic effect of fixing the urinary catheter on the public is the best.
