摘要
针对电机测试技术中效率低、人员劳动强度大等缺点,设计了一套电机型式试验测试系统,包括计算机、控制柜、测量仪器柜等,可以实现空载试验、负载试验、堵转试验、温升试验等电机测试实验。经试验验证,该电机型式试验测试系统性能稳定,效果良好,弥补了现有电机测试技术中的缺陷。
With a view to the characteristics of low efficiency and staff labor-intensive for motor testing, this paper proposed and designed a type testing system for motor, which was composed of computer, control cabinet and instrument cabinet, and so on. The system can carry out no-load testing, load testing, stall testing, temperature testing, etc. Experimentations showed that the system worked well and meeted the design requirements.
