摘要
目的:观察电刺激和生物反馈联合盆底肌锻炼防治产后尿失禁的效果。方法:选择我院2012年9月-2013年1月58例产后42天尿失禁的产妇进行系统的盆底肌锻炼并联合电刺激和生物反馈治疗,治疗结束后与3个月的盆底肌锻炼,对治疗效果进行评价。采用国际尿失禁咨询委员会问卷简表(ICI-Q-SF),分别在治疗前与治疗后对患者进行评分,同时观察治疗前、后盆底肌Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类肌张力。结果:治愈39例,有效16例,无效3例,总有效率94.82%,比较治疗前后ICI—Q-SF评分显示,治疗后ICI—Q-SF评分为(5.32±2.08),治疗前为(15.57±2.13)分,治疗后ICI—Q-SF评分明显低于治疗前,肌张力明显提高,治疗前后比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:电刺激和生物反馈联合盆底肌锻炼方法简单,可提高盆底肌张力,是防治产后尿失禁的有效方法。
Objective:To observe the effect of electrical stimulation and biofeedback combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise in prevention and treatment of female urinary incontinence postpartum.Methods:From September 2012 to January 2012, our hospital selects 136 postpartum incontinence patients after 42 days post-natal, who were treated by pelvic floor muscle training combined with electrical stimulation and biofeedback. According to“ICI-Q-SF”, all patients were scored separately before and after treatment. At the same time, pelvic floor muscleⅠclasses and classⅡmuscle tension was observed before and after treatment.Results:39 cases were cured, 16 effective, 3 failed. The total effective rate was 94.82%.The score of ICI-Q-SF was(5.32±2.08)after the treatment, and(15.57±2.13) before the treatment. After the treatment, the scores of ICI-Q-SF are lower than before the treatment, Muscle tension increased, which had a significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The method of electrical stimulation and biofeedback combined with pelvic floor muscle training is simple. And it may improve the efficacy of pelvic floor muscle training on postpartum urinary incontinence.
