摘要
目的:观察疏肝活血中药治疗非酒精性脂肪肝临床疗效。方法:84例患者随机分为治疗组45例和对照组39例,对照组口服非诺贝特片、维生素E丸等治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服疏肝活血为主的中药方剂,一疗程8周。疗程结束后观察效果。结果:治疗组总有效率为91.1%,对照组为69.2%,治疗组脂肪肝严重度改善结果好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝活血法治疗非酒精性脂肪肝临床疗效确切。
Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Shugan Huoxue TCM in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods：84 patients were randomly divided into treatment group 45 cases and control group 39 cases, control group was treated with Fenofibrate tablets, vitamin E treatment, the treatment group in the control group on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine prescription Shugan Huoxue mainly, a course of 8 weeks. Observe the effect after the end of treatment.Results：the total effective rate of treatment group was 91.1%, 69.2%in the control group, the treatment group the severity of fatty liver and improve the results better than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Shugan Huoxue therapeutic effect in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver exact.
