摘要
[目的]为耳穴贴压更好地应用于腹部术后早期胃肠功能恢复提供参考依据。[方法]通过系统检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库,纳入单纯使用耳穴贴压促进腹部术后胃肠功能恢复的临床随机对照试验。采用Meta分析评价其疗效,并对选穴特点进行分析总结。[结果]Meta分析显示:耳穴贴压可明显缩短腹部术后首次排气时间。[结论]耳穴贴压可有效促进腹部术后胃肠功能恢复,缩短首次排气时间。
[Objective]To provide a reference to which auricular acupressure may better be used in the early recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery. [Methods]The clinical randomized con- trolled trials on auricular pressure after abdominal surgery were collected by retrieving the China Academic Journal Full-text Database, Wanfang Technology Academic Journals Full-text Database, Chinese Scientific Journals Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database. Meta-analyses were conducted to evaluate the efficacy. And the characteristics of auricular point selection was analyzed and summarized. [Results] The meta-analysis showed that auricular acupressure can significantly shorten the time to first exhaust after abdominal surgery. [Conclusion]Auricular acupressure can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and shorten the time to first flatus after abdominal surgery.
