小麦种子萌发过程中 ,质膜相对透性、α-淀粉酶和过氧化物酶 ( POD)活性均呈现先上升后下降的变化趋势 .FA、GA及二者混合处理均能促进小麦生长 ,提高 α-淀粉酶活性 ,降低质膜相对透性 ,FA及 FA+GA还能使 POD活性增加 .FA、FA+GA在小麦种子萌发过程中都具有
During the germination of wheat seeds,their membrane permeability,activities of α amylase and peroxidase increased at first,then decreased.After treatment of FA,GA or FA+GA,the growth of seedling and the activity of α amylase increased,membrane permeability decreased;the activity of POD decreased after treatment of FA and FA+GA.So we concluded FA and FA+GA had GA's function during germination.
