摘要
针对目前三一自制泵车底盘空气悬架下支撑板变形损坏的问题,对进口泵车底盘空气悬架气囊气压控制原理进行了对比分析研究,提出了自制泵车底盘的空气悬架气囊压力的控制方案。改进后空气悬架气囊的压力控制简单、可靠、成本低廉,解决了空气悬架下支撑板变形损坏的问题。
According to the easily twist and damaged problem occurred in the air suspensions lower supporting plate of SANY homemade concrete pump chassis, the control principle of air suspension of the import concrete pump chassis were compared and analyzed, the control plan to pressure control of the air suspension of the SANY homemade concrete pump chassis was put forward. The modified pressure control diagram of the air suspension bellow is simple, reliable, cheaper and protects the air suspensions lower supporting plate.
