摘要
传统的视频监控系统中,只有画面没有声音,难以满足实际应用需求。利用中间件ICE,SIP和RTP,通过搭建信令处理服务器和流媒体转发服务器实现了基于3G的单兵监控系统,该系统能在客户端和单兵监控终端之间实现音频双向传输,以便手持单兵监控终端的人员能够更方便地与监控中心进行交流。重点阐述了该系统的系统框架和实现方法。
In traditional video monitoring system, there is no sound but only picture. It is difficult to meet the demand of practical application. The Internet communication engine ICE, SIP and RTP are used, by setting up the signal processing server and stream transmission server to realize the individual monitor system based on 3G. The audio bidirectional transmission between the client and the individual monitor terminal is realized, so the persons that armed with individual monitoring terminal can communicate with surveillance center more conveniently. The system architecture and its realization are analyzed in detail.
