早期肠内营养治疗老年急性水肿型胰腺炎85例疗效分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨早期肠内营养治疗老年急性水肿型胰腺炎的临床疗效及其安全性。方法将我院2008年3月至2012年12月间收治的60岁以上(含60岁)老年急性水肿型胰腺炎患者164例,将其中接受早期肠内营养85例作为观察组,其余79例仅行禁食水,胃肠减压及生长抑素等常规治疗作为对照组,比较两组的并发症发生率,感染率,肛门排气时间,住院时间、治疗费用及实验室指标(白细胞、淀粉酶、血清白蛋白、血钙、血糖恢复情况等),评价早期肠内营养对老年急性水肿型胰腺炎患者治疗的安全性和可行性。结果观察组的并发症发生率、感染率、肛门排气时间、住院时间及治疗费用,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而两组的白细胞、淀粉酶、血清白蛋白、血钙、血糖复常时间比较无明显区别,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论早期肠内营养治疗可以减少老年急性水肿胰腺炎患者的并发症发生率及感染发生率,缩短住院时间,改善患者预后。
