股骨转子下骨折治疗的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 股骨转子下骨折是临床上较常见且很棘手的骨科创伤。股骨转子下区域是一个生物力学上应力高度集中的部位,内后侧皮质的重建是治疗上的关键。切开复位内固定是治疗股骨转子下骨折的重要治疗方法,术后并发症有畸形愈合、不愈合以及各种内固定器相关的并发症。充分了解了股骨转子下骨折的临床和生物力学特点,才能有效予以治疗。
