α-硫辛酸改善多发性硬化患者认知功能障碍作用观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察α-硫辛酸(α-LA)对多发性硬化(MS)认知障碍的疗效,探讨α-LA对MS的可能治疗机制。方法收集30例MS患者和30例健康体检者,采用神经心理学测试的方法评价患者治疗前的认知功能;MS组患者根据治疗情况分为两组,MS对照组,给予激素冲击治疗;α-LA治疗组,给予激素冲击和硫辛酸联合治疗。治疗后继续应用神经心理学测试的方法评价患者认知功能;比较治疗前后的认知功能改善情况。结果临床功能障碍评价表明MS患者存在明显的认知功能下降(P<0.05),治疗后MS对照组认知功能改善无明显变化(P>0.05),α-LA治疗组认知功能改善明显(P<0.05)。结论α-LA通过多种作用机制对MS具有保护作用,能明显改善患者认知功能。 Objective This study is to understand the efficacy of alpha lipoic acid (α-LA) with multiple sclerosis(MS), and investigate the possible therapeutic mechanism .Methods Thirty patients with MS and thirty healthy patients were involved in the study .The neuropsychological test was used to assess the patient 's cognitive function.According the treatment, the patients with MS were divided into two groups , MS control group was given hormone, andα-LA treatment group was given hormone and α-LA.The neuropsychological test was used to assess the patient's cognitive function after treatment , and assess improvement of cognitive function .Results The patients with multiple sclerosis had significant decline in general cognitive function ( P0.05), α-LA treatment group had significant improvement (P〈0.05).Conclusion α-LA can protect MS through a variety of mechanisms , and can significantly improve cognitive function .
