摘要
采用不同的电子束焊接工艺参数对17CrNiMo6汽车齿轮进行焊接,并对焊接接头进行了拉伸、冲击、腐蚀和疲劳试验。结果表明,加速电压和焊接速度对其焊接接头的抗拉性能、冲击性能、耐蚀性能和抗疲劳性能的影响较大,电子束电流的影响则较小;当加速电压从80 kV增大到120 kV时,抗拉强度从1069 MPa增大到1286 MPa、冲击韧度从31.5 J/cm2增大到36.6 J/cm2、酸雨全浸腐蚀10 d的质量损失率从7.92%降至3.35%、疲劳循环次数从4231次增加至8084次。
17CrNiMo6 automobile gear was welded with different parameters by electron beam welding, and the tension test, impact test, corrosion test and fatigue test were carded out. The results show that accelerating voltage and welding speed exerted larger effects on the tension property, impact property, corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance, and electron beam current exerts a smaller effect. Moreover, when accelerating voltage increases from 80kV into 120kV, the tensile strength increases from 1069MPa into 1286MPa. The impact toughness increases from 31.5 J/cm^2 to 36.6 J/cm^2, the mass loss rate after immersion corrosion test for 10d decreases from 7.92% into 3.35%, and the fatigue life cycle increases from 4231 times into 8084 times.
