摘要
采用挂片失重法,研究了工业纯锆R60702板材钨极氩弧焊焊接接头在不同浓度的醋酸介质中的腐蚀性能,并分析了接头腐蚀后的表面形貌及腐蚀机理。研究结果表明,工业纯锆R60702母材和焊接接头在醋酸+2%KI+2×10-4NaCl混合介质中,具有优异的耐蚀性,醋酸浓度对焊接接头腐蚀性能影响较小;在醋酸混合介质中的腐蚀方式为点蚀。
The corrosion property of Zr60702 welded joint was studied in acetic acid with different concentrations by using mass-loss method, and the surface corrosion morphology and corrosion mechanism were analyzed. The results show that Zr60702 base metal and joint have excellent corrosion resistance in acetic acid+2%KI+22×10^-4 NaCl mixture solution. The concentration of the acetic acid has slight effects on the corrosion property of the welded joint. The corrosion mechanism is pitting corrosion in acetic acid mixture solution.
