摘要
为了提高焊缝跟踪的控制效果,提出了基于粒子群算法的焊缝跟踪PID控制器设计方法,即应用PSO算法优化PID控制器的三个参数。仿真结果表明,该算法优化的PID控制器有效地提高了焊缝跟踪系统的性能,相比传统的PID控制具有更高的控制品质。
In order to improve the control effect of seam tracking, the PID controller design method in seam tracking based on particle swarm optimization (pso) algorithm was proposed. The application of PSO algorithm can optimize three parameters of PID controller. The simulation results show that the algorithm to optimize PIT) controller can effectively improve the performance of the weld seam tracking system. Compared with the traditional PID control, the improved PIT) control has higher control quality.
