摘要
根据书夹件需要毛刺方向向内、制件平整、无压痕的要求,进行了冲压工艺分析,获得了合理的级进模(10工位)排样设计方案。为了提高制件送进强度和精度,采用两侧双排载体和双排导正孔结构,安排内导柱进行精确导向和保护凸模,设计了3个局部废料冲裁工位。设计的模具结构合理,便于加工制造,能保证制件加工精度。
According to requirements of the bookend part needing inward burr, flattening parts and no indentation, its stamping process was analyzed. The reasonable layout design scheme of progressive die (10 stations) was acquired. In order to improve the strength and precision of parts in feeding, the structure of both side carrier and the double-row pilot holes was used. The inner guide post was arranged to accurately orientate and protect the punch, and three local scrap punching stations were designed. The designed die structure is reasonable and the manufacture is easy, which can ensure the machining accuracy of the workpieces.
