780MPa级冷轧双相钢三点弯曲的实验与数值模拟研究

摘要 高强钢冲压成形普遍存在回弹缺陷,采用三点弯曲试验和Marc.MSC软件的更新拉格朗日法对DP780板材弯曲与回弹变形进行了研究;分析了压头压下量对回弹角度、应力和应变分布的影响;观察了形变微观组织的形貌与流动。结果表明:DP780钢的回弹角随着压头压下量的增加而增加;圆弧区的带状组织比直边区的明显,金属流动和应力应变主要集中在圆弧区附近。中性层两侧的应力应变基本是对称的。模拟结果与实验结果较吻合,二者平均误差为9.4%;能够准确地得到弯曲回弹过程中板材的状态,对研究双相钢板弯曲成形具有一定的参考价值。 High strength steel stamping forming has generally springback defects. The DP780 sheet bending and springback were studied by three-point bending test and updated Lagrangian method of Marc.MSC software. The effects of indenter reduction on springback angle, stress and strain distribution were analyzed. The deformed microstructure morphology and flow were observed. The results show that: DP780 steel springback angles increase with the increase of indenter reduction; banded structure in arc zone is more obvious than in straight zone, and metal flow, stress and strain are mainly concentrated in the vicinity of the arc zone. Stress and strain on both sides of the neutral layer are substantially symmetrical. The simulation results agree with the experimental results, and the average error is 9.4%. It is able to get a more accurate springback during sheet metal bending, which has a certain reference value to the study of DP steel sheet bending.
