摘要
通过宏观断口分析、化学成分检验、断口电镜扫描及能谱检查、金相及硬度分布检查对断裂原因进行分析。结果表明,叶片出汽边存在的局部硬化是导致叶片应力腐蚀开裂的根本原因,腐蚀介质的存在加速了该开裂过程。
The cause of fracture on blade of steam turbine was analyzed by macroscopic inspection, chemical analysis, metallographic examination, energy spectrum analysis and fracture scanning. The results show that the cracking reason for leading to stress corrosion fracture is partial hardening on the blade. Then, the process of crack can be accelerated by corrosion medium.
