摘要
本文从风险资本的来源构成、风险资本的组织形式、风险资本的退出机制和构建利于风险投资的法律和政策环境四个方面 ,对我国的风险投资的模式选择问题进行了研究。本文研究认为 ,应当通过建立国家对风险投资的补偿机制和第二板市场等措施 。
This study focuses on four key problems about venture capital in China, which includes sources of venture capital, operational venture capital, devestment and policies in favor of venture capital. The article concludes that both national compensatory mechanism for venture capital and second board for growing enterprises should be established for the purpose of promoting technical innovation and growth of hightech enterprises by the introduction of venture capital.
