摘要 目的了解金黄色葡萄球菌(SAU)的临床分布及耐药情况。方法收集2009—2012年微生物室分离培养的SAU,采用细菌鉴定分析仪及配套的鉴定条和药敏条对菌株进行鉴定和药敏实验。结果共检出672株SAU,其中耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)365株,占54.3%,甲氧西林敏感金黄色葡萄球菌(MSSA)307株,占45.7%。SAU主要分离自重症监护室、骨科和心血管科。MRSA主要分离自重症监护室、骨科和神经内科。痰标本中分离的MRSA最多,其次为脓液分泌物。MRSA对大多数抗生素耐药,其耐药率<50.0%的抗生素有利福平、万古霉素、复方磺胺甲恶唑、喹奴普汀-达福普汀、替考拉宁和呋喃妥因等。MSSA对除青霉素外的大多数抗生素敏感。未发现耐万古霉素菌株。结论 SAU临床分布广泛,MRSA检出率较高,应加强SAU耐药性监测。 Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus (SAU) in Zhoushan during 2009-2012. Method SAU isolates from Zhoushan hospitals during 2009 to 2012 were identified with automatic microor-ganism analyzer and the drug susceptibility testing was performed by using matched ATB- test paper. Results Total 672 strains of SAU were isolated including 365 strains of methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) and 307strains of methicil in sus-ceptible Staphylococcus aureus(MSSA). Of al SAU strains, 80 were isolated from intensive care unit(ICU), 80 from department of orthopedics and 50 from cardiovascular department. Of al MRSA strains, 55 were isolated from ICU, 36 from department of or-thopedics and 35 from neurology department. Among al MRSA 175 strains were isolated from sputum samples, 124 from fester secretion. MRSA were resistant to most antimicrobial agents, the resistance rates to rifampicin, vancomycin, compound sul-famethoxazole, quinoline slave leptin- dufour leptin, teicoplanin and furantoin were below 50.0%. MSSA were sensitive to most antimicrobial agents, except penicil in. No resistant to vancomycin strains were found in this study. Conclusion The clinical dis-tribution of SAU was extensive in Zhoushan hospitals and the isolation rate of MRSA is high.
