摘要
对LabVIEW软件的特点、功能作了阐述,介绍了其在磷石膏悬浮态脱水试验研究中的具体应用.实践证明,采用LabVIEW数据采集分析系统,对试验及研发工作起到较大促进作用.在温度从140℃~200℃、固气比Z从0.03~0.36的范围内,研究了温度和固气比对磷石膏悬浮态脱水过程和产品物相组成的影响规律.结果表明:磷石膏在脱水过程中,二水石膏首先脱水生成伊半水石膏,-半水石膏进一步脱水生成无水石膏.在停留时间一定的条件下,提高温度对脱水起促进作用,增大固气比则使脱水程度降低.存在最佳的温度和固气比范围,在此范围内能获得以半水石膏为主的产品.
Giving an intruduction to the characteristics,function of the software of LabVIEW,and illuminating the specific application on the research experiment of dehydration of phosphogypsum in suspension-state.Measurements have been carried out for phosphogypsum dehydration in suspension state with the temperature ranging from 140 ℃ to 200 ℃ and the mass ratio of solid to gas ranging in 0.03~0.36.By moisture analysis and XRD analysis,the effects of the two key factors,temperature and the mass ratio of solid to gas,on the dehydration process and phase composition of products were discussed.The results show that during dehydration of phosphogypsum,the first reaction product is β-hemihydrate,the further reaction product is soluble anhydrite.As the average residence time is fixed,the degree of dehydration increased with temperature increasing,however it decreased as the mass ratio of solid to gas increasing.It exist a suitable range of temperature or the mass ratio of solid in which the main composition of dehydration product is β-hemihydrate..
