摘要
BALIS原文传递在快速发展的同时,因馆藏揭示不足、运营经费紧张面临着其他文献传递系统潜在的竞争。为此,BALIS进行了与CALIS之间跨联盟的系统融合与服务探索,并取得了良好的成效。融合过程中存在的用户统一认证、服务能力不足和用户迁移等问题,可以通过明确规划、政策引导、制度保障等方式解决,最终达到两者的完全融合。
BALLS document delivery develops rapidly, but it is facing the challenges form other document delivery system because of the lack of collection revealing system and shortage of supporting funds. So BALLS begins to explore the system integration with CALLS in cross library consortia and achieves some good results. During the process, there exist the problems of non identity authentication system, lack of the service capacity and user relocation. In order to ensure the entire integration of the two systems, the authors propose some recommendations to solve the problems.
