摘要
本文对相邻新旧建筑影响的主要因素进行了分析，并提出了防治原则和房屋安全鉴定的要点。
Some main factors affecting the neighboring newly-built and existing building are analyzed in this paper.Then some key points of protective principle and hause safety appaisal are presented.
